Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong part for your vehicle, please contact us.

To help customers receive the correct part as quickly as possible:

  1. A new order must be placed for the correct item
  2. We will then provide a free return shipping label for the incorrect product
  3. Once the returned item is received, we will issue a refund for the original order

This process allows customers to receive the correct part faster without paying return shipping for the incorrect item.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.

If the refund is approved:

CEL (Check Engine Light) Resolution Policy

Our Mini Catalytic Converter and O2 Sensor Spacer products are designed to help address Check Engine Light (CEL) issues related to catalytic efficiency codes, such as:

  • P0420
  • P0430

If the CEL remains after proper installation, please contact us and provide a short video showing the following:

  1. Dashboard
    Start the vehicle and clearly show the Check Engine Light on the dashboard.
  2. Product Installation
    Show the Mini Catalytic Converter or O2 Sensor Spacer installed in the exhaust system.
  3. Diagnostic Code
    Use an OBD scanner or diagnostic tool to display the diagnostic trouble code.

After reviewing the provided information, our support team will determine an appropriate solution.
If the issue is verified and the product does not resolve the CEL problem, a full refund may be provided.

Shipping Delays or Lost Packages

Shipping times may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather, carrier delays, or logistics disruptions.

If a package is confirmed lost or significantly delayed by the carrier, we will send a replacement shipment at no additional cost.

If the original package later arrives and you receive two packages, you may keep the extra item. No return is required.
