Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped from California, USA.

Order Processing

  • Processing Time: 1 business day (Monday–Saturday)
  • Order Cut-Off Time: 2:00 PM PT, Monday–Saturday
  • Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed the next business day.
  • No processing or dispatch on Sundays (post offices are closed).

Please note: Processing time is separate from transit time.

Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods:

Standard (Free)
Shipped via USPS Ground Advantage.
Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days (shipping time only, processing time not included).

Expedited (+$60.00)
Shipped via Amazon Shipping, USPS Priority Mail Express, or UPS 2nd Day Air®, depending on your location and availability.
Estimated delivery time: 1–2 business days (shipping time only, processing time not included).

Important Notes:
UPS 2nd Day Air® delivers on business days only (no weekend delivery), and weekends are not counted in transit time.
Amazon Shipping and USPS Priority Mail Express support weekend delivery in most areas.
Delivery time is calculated from the day the carrier scans the package.
Delays may occur during severe weather or holiday periods.

Thanks to our multiple warehouse locations across the U.S., up to 60% of expedited orders are delivered within 1 business day.

We use USPS, UPS, and Amazon Shipping as our courier partners.

Shipping Costs

Free shipping on all Standard (USPS Ground Advantage) orders.
$60.00 fee for Expedited shipping.
International shipments may require additional freight charges.

Tracking

All orders include tracking. You can monitor your shipment from dispatch until delivery.

Cancellations

If your order has not yet been shipped, cancellations are accepted.
If the order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

Parcels Damaged in Transit

If your parcel arrives damaged, please refuse delivery if possible and contact our customer service immediately.
If delivered in your absence, please contact us for further assistance.
